An abbreviation of condominium, is the North American equivalent of what we call apartments. Condo complexes will usually have communal facilities like car parks, gardens, pools or gyms and will be strata titled. The term condo is also used in other countries such as Singapore, but you won’t see it used in Australian property listings.
