Non-structural renovation doesn’t involve making alterations to any load bearing walls or parts of a building critical to its integrity. Examples of non structural renovations include changing the flooring, painting, changing doors, installing built in wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom renovations that don’t impact any load bearing walls.
