Generally a high density residential building with many floors and a large number of units in one or more buildings. Apartment buildings can range from 3 – 50 or more storeys and can have hundreds of units in one complex. Apartments tend to also have other common facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, tennis courts and rooftop BBQ areas.
